1.1 The treatment of Your personal data, provided by you by filling the registration form, will be carried out in relation to what is strictly necessary for the supply of the requested services, as well as for the fulfillment of any obligations provided for by laws, regulations or Community legislation
1.2. With explicit consent (art.6, (1) (a) of the GDPR) Your data will be processed for operational and strategic marketing purposes and commercial communications (e.g. newsletters sending with promotions and information on the services offered).

2.1 During the registration process, the Data Controller processes the following personal data (name, surname, address, telephone, e-mail, tax code, VAT number, payment data).

3.1 The processing and storage of data will be carried out with the aid of IT and/or paper means and tools, according to the most suitable methods to guarantee their integrity, security, and confidentiality.
4. DURATION OF THE TREATMENT
4.1 The Data Controller will process your personal data for the time necessary to fulfill the aforementioned purposes and in any case for no more than 5 years from the last legally relevant treatment.
