  • In Positano, you will have time to visit the town: the stop here lasts about 2.5 hours.
  • The crossing from Positano to Amalfi takes about 25 minutes: seeing the towns from the sea will be magnificent!
  • In Amalfi, you will also have about 1 hour and 40 minutes to visit the town, after which you will return on board for the return journey!

1st stop: Positano

Positano needs no introduction: the colorful houses that rise vertically on the rock face have made it the symbol of the Amalfi Coast throughout the world. Admire it from the ferry: seeing it from the sea is always a unique experience!

Once you disembark, you can choose how to spend your time. The historic center is just a stone's throw away! Here you can stroll among the famous Positano beachwear boutiques or stop at a bar to enjoy an aperitif or a typical lemon sorbet. If, on the other hand, you are curious to learn more about the history and art of the city, you can visit the magnificent Church of Santa Maria Assunta or take the opportunity to explore the Roman Archaeological Museum just below the church! Or do you simply want to relax and spend the afternoon by the sea?

Then stop at Spiaggia Grande or take the “Sentiero degli Innamorati” (Lovers' Path) which will take you to the nearby beach of Fornillo. Whatever you decide to do, Positano will remain in your heart!

2nd stop: Amalfi

Welcome to the capital of the Amalfi Coast! Once here, you can't help but visit Piazza Duomo right away: in front of you stands the imposing staircase of the Cathedral of Sant'Andrea, famous for its style that blends Romanesque, Byzantine, and Baroque elements.

The façade, characterized by intertwined arches and decorated with colorful mosaics on a golden background, is a truly superb sight. Be sure to visit the interior as well, where you can admire the coffered ceiling depicting the story of Sant'Andrea, as well as the Chiostro del Paradiso (Paradise Cloister) and the crypt that houses the saint's remains. Not only that: in the square you will find several bars and restaurants where you can taste some of the iconic coastal desserts, such as the Santa Rosa sfogliatella and the lemon delight.

The main street of the town also starts here, full of craft shops (have you ever heard of Amalfi paper?) where you can buy some souvenirs to remember your visit.

Finally, don't forget to enjoy the atmosphere of both cities at sunset: take a moment to stop, look around, and admire the colors of the sky... it will truly be like a dream come true!
